I'm Managing Partner at /shift, and a Senior Advisor to McKinsey's Global Transformation Practice. I help CEOs turn ambition into performance and use my experience working on some of the largest transformations in the world to bring the same insight and rigor to the enterprise and mid-market companies that I advise directly.
My experience spans telecoms, banking, media, pharma, retail, with an energy and passion for growth-stage businesses. I work across CXO, functional leadership and board levels on the initiatives that are key to creating value: ways of working, operating model design, leadership effectiveness and, increasingly, AI strategy and execution.
And here's what my deep operating experience over the last 15 years has taught me: the principles that drive performance in the world's best companies are not reserved for the world's biggest companies.
