The Servant Leader Academy is a coaching program created by Mark Redgrave to share his personal journey in leadership - from "dominating at the front of the room to leading from the back" - teaching how to lead in this way to create inspired, empowered teams. For the past 7 years, working with more than a hundred leaders at some of the most innovative companies in the world, Mark has seen the incredible impact that Servant Leadership can have on leadership effectiveness and outcome achievement.
The Academy's approach is focused not only on understanding the principles of Servant Leadership – the ‘why’ and the ‘what’ – but also on the ‘how’: giving Leaders the tools, standards and rituals to use with their team, everyday, to deliver long-lasting results.

What it means to truly be ‘in service’ of others: the mindset and behaviours to make it true

How to be more effective by stepping back: the golden rules of leading by influence, not control
4. Empowering Teams
The great unlock for team performance and happiness: when to lead and when to let go
5. Stewardship
Being accountable for positive change in your team, and the steps to take to stay on track
Pricing
We offer programs for individuals from USD $2,500 to $6,500 to suit time availability, level of coaching need and budget. All sessions are remote. Monthly coaching support, group coaching and on-site coaching sessions are all priced separately, on request.
