At /shift, we have led, client-side, the end-to-end enterprise agile transformation of three billion-dollar companies in Telco, Banking and Retail. In each case, we were involved from start to finish: designing the org model, defining key roles, developing new processes, implementing quarterly planning, coaching the leaders, building capability and setting up the Agile Centre of Excellence to support new ways-of-working and value delivery.
